Employee Spotlight: Aaron Rickard, VP of Operations

Denamico is excited to welcome VP of Operations, Aaron Rickard, to the team! Aaron brings proven experience and accomplishments in finance, sales, IT, and management. He helps translate and implement large business solutions into startups and small to mid-size businesses that allow teams to scale affordably, efficiently, and effectively. 

How would you describe your role?

My role at Denamico is to lead the charge when it comes to achieving company objectives and goals by developing great talent and removing impediments for them to be successful.

What advice would you have for a new Denamico hire?

Use your R&I (Resourcefulness and Initiative) every day and you will do great.

How do you balance your career at Denamico and your family?

I try to do a great job managing expectations with the employees, clients, and family. If we’re all on the same page there are fewer fire drills.

What do you like most about Denamico?

Our customers will always be in need of our services because technology and customer experience continue to evolve at an incredible pace, and we can be experts that help enable them to use the technology.

If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

Bryson Dechambeau. ⛳

What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?

Learning interesting things, golfing, tennis, exercising, taking my dog to random places, and competing with my friends in many activities.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us.

 I learned to ride a unicycle in high school, and could probably still do it.
