Always willing to lend a hand, HubSpot Consultant Henry VanKampen-Dufloth is Denamico's secret weapon when it comes to all things HubSpot. Whenever there's a problem it seems we can't fix, Henry is our first call, email, or Slack. He's always ready to help, unless he's busy beating our scores on the Peloton. 🚲😉
How would you describe your role?
The best way I can describe my role here at Denamico is that I work on all aspects of the ‘Build’ phase. I do a lot of the leg work to create reports, custom properties, and workflows that help achieve what the client is looking for. I also help on the front end of builds by sitting in on discovery calls and offering technical support when needed.
What aspects of your role do you enjoy the most?
I love that in my role I am able to work on so many different client projects at the same time, whether it be a Marketing Hub implementation or a full CRM implementation I am always having to learn and adapt to whatever the client’s needs and goals are.
How did you first learn about Denamico?
I actually first learned about Denamico from the client-side at my old organization. I reached out to the Denamico team to do some consulting for the sales team there. Through that, I was able to meet a few members of the team and the rest is history.
What do you like most about Denamico?
I really enjoy the comfortable atmosphere in the office. It doesn’t feel like a stuffy office, it’s vibrant and colorful, and people are lively. I feel happy coming into work and excited to see my coworkers.
Which one would you want most – flying cars, robot housekeepers, or moon cities?
Most definitely flying cars. Roads are such a hassle and especially in Minnesota, almost always full of potholes and cracks. Robot housekeepers and moon cities would be cool, but imagine just being able to fly anywhere you want and not having to worry about the airport or travel plans.
What is the best vacation you’ve ever had?
Maybe this is a bit of recency bias but I really enjoyed my trip to the Bay Area this year. I was able to see sights all across San Francisco as well as travel around UC Berkeley. The weather was amazing, 75 and sunny each and every day.
What was the first concert you attended?
The first concert I ever attended was the Rolling Stones at TCF Bank Stadium. It was a part of their Zip Code tour and was a great experience, except for the fact that it drizzling/raining the whole night.
Tell us something about your family that might surprise us.
I come from a big extended family. My mom has 16 brothers and sisters (all with first names starting with a K or a P). This means Thanksgivings are huge, with nearly 60 people sitting at the table!
